We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Springfield, Ohio. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage which typically delivers within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays and peak season volumes can occasionally impact delivery times.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order as well as your delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase so there are no surprises. We do not add any hidden fees or handling charges to your shipping cost.
We take great care in packaging all of our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each order is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately at sales@soluthaircare.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and we will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase. Soluthaircare is not responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it we recommend first checking with neighbors or anyone else at your address who may have received it on your behalf. If you are still unable to locate your package please contact us at sales@soluthaircare.com and we will do everything we can to help you resolve the situation with the carrier.
